About
A graduate of UIC’s College of Liberal Arts & Sciences as well as the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Michele has over 20 years of experience working in community based non-profit organizations. Having served as an executive director and independent consultant, she has a broad range of experience covering strategic planning, financial oversight, human resources and professional development training. Much of her work has been focused on addressing inequities in access to housing. She is a Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation (TRHT) circle practitioner and serves on the board of the Chicago Area Fair Housing Alliance. Michele’s favorite pod casts include Hidden Brain, The Science of Happiness and The Moth.
